心理健康问题可能发生在任何一个年轻人身上，也可能发生在任何一个家庭里。

有些年轻人表面上看起来一切都好，但内心却默默承受着压力、孤独、焦虑、恐惧或无法说出口的痛苦。对他们来说，能够有一个安全的人倾听、一段及时的陪伴，可能就是重新看见希望的重要一步。

我们是 徐智元 Xu Zhiyuan 与家人。我们发起这个筹款活动，是为了支持新加坡慈善机构 Limitless，帮助他们为年轻人提供心理健康支持。

作为一个家庭，我们相信，每一位年轻人都值得被聆听、被理解、被支持。没有任何年轻人应该因为害怕开口、负担不起，或不知道向谁求助，而独自承受内心的困难。

本次筹得的善款将用于支持 Limitless 的辅导服务、情绪支持，以及帮助年轻人重新建立希望、自我价值和继续前行力量的相关项目。

Mental health is something that can affect any young person, in any family.

Some youths may look perfectly fine on the outside, but quietly carry heavy worries, stress, loneliness, fear, or emotional pain that they do not know how to share. For many of them, having someone safe to talk to can make a meaningful difference.

We are Xu Zhiyuan 徐智元 and family, and we are starting this campaign to support Limitless, a charity in Singapore that provides mental health support for youths.

As a family, we believe every young person deserves to feel heard, supported, and reminded that they are not alone. No youth should have to struggle silently simply because help feels too far away, too expensive, or too difficult to ask for.

Funds raised through this campaign will support Limitless in providing counselling, emotional support, and programmes that help youths find hope, self-worth, and strength to keep moving forward.
